Laser Stencils

Beam On Oregon offers the finest laser stencils in the industry. We couple the latest technology, such as the newest generation YAG Laser Machines, with our knowledgeable and experienced staff to produce only the finest stencils.

We have found that quality control of the laser etch process is the key to producing superior quality stencils. An unfocused beam may cause thermal stress on the metal, as well as generally produce inferior stencils. We check the laser focus for each stencil to ensure that all cuts produce smooth walls along with the tapered apertures for enhanced paste release. A correctly focused laser beam also eliminates the need for electro-polishing!

As with all our stencils we provide nearly all the frame sizes available, from the small 10" x 10" to the large Panasonic type frame.
