Beam On Oregon's Visual Aids are designed to provide the customer with the tools to enhance and accelerate the setup and inspection processes of SMT assembly.
Inspection Template Overlay
Used for visual inspection of completed SMT assemblies. Our templates are invaluable in identifying missing or mis-aligned components. Made out of an advanced ESD safe copolymer, our templates will not damage sensitive parts. For applications with assemblies at higher temperatures, an ESD safe, FR-4 material is also available.
SPin Plate
(Support Pin Locator Plate)
SPin Plates are used to locate areas on screenprinter and pick and place beds where support pins are necessary. The SPin Plate is a transparent polycarbonate representation of the PCB that identifies bottomside SMT components.
Photo Plot
